| Abstract: | O artigo é resultado de uma pesquisa em andamento que busca delinear os contextos históricos sobre o teatro e as Artes Cênicas na Zona da Mata mineira, sobretudo, em Leopoldina, durante o final do século XIX e início do XX, investigando, ao mesmo tempo, os indícios que contribuíram para o desenvolvimento de culturas no Município e que, assim, fomentaram o surgimento de uma vida teatral em atividade na região. |
